Tax returns tis the season

Well I have survived July. It has been a very busy month with the home buyer show on last weekend and the start of the tax season.
 
We also had sponsored a race on Sunday 22 July to support Ronald McDonald House and help raise over $34,000.
 
Focus at the end of this week turns to the markets and the interest rate decision
 
With the inflation rate at its lowest I feel we can expect RBA to cut rate this month.
 
I feel it would be a very bad move from the RBA to try hold rates again for another month given the recent inflation and spending stats.
 
This will be a decision we will all be waiting on and it could be the time you start to think of refinancing your rates.
 
I’m tipping a rate cut for August.
