With the end of the Financial Year upon us, we always take time to reflect on the year that has been and focus on what the year ahead holds for us.
Now is the time to look at goal setting for the year ahead, Update your cash flow forecasts, Measure you KPI’s and set new KPI’s for yourself and your business.
You should also be reviewing your business and marketing plans and tweak things that you have learnt from last year to be included in the year ahead. Your marketing plan should reflect the items that worked for you last year and take out the items that have not worked, focus your attention and marketing on the items that have been proven and test other marketing ideas that you have for the year ahead.
